This is enormouuuus. 🙂 After owning a one person Big Agnes Fly Creek for a while (and actually camping with my partner using it), we decided to buy a bigger one so we’d have more room for us and our baby daughter. We haven’t used yet, just opened it up in our living room. We really like this brand and how light their products are.
Great spacious light weight tent

This tent is as light as they come and has plenty of room for 2-3 people or cramped with 4. It is a nice tent for backpacking because of the low weight. The construction and materials are all quality.
Good lightweight tent.
Great lightweight tent…have used several times now and not disappointed. I would recommend this tent for those who need to conserve weight and space for backpacking or packing light onto kayaks like our family.
Big Agnes UL4 Tent

My two sons and I have been hiking the Florida Trail and had to upgrade our old $26 tent from Target because they have outgrown it. This tent is almost twice as big as our last tent, but is 3 pounds lighter. We have already spent 21 nights in this and we can tell it was designed by hikers. From the well placed 6 pockets inside to the reflective tie down lines we love every aspect of this tent. The UL 4 is sold as a four person tent which the three of us fit comfortable without much room for a 4th person. The large vestibule has enough space that fits all three of our packs with room to still climb in/out without any problem. Set up and take down is extremely quick, usually somewhere around 5 minutes for both. A couple of years ago I would have told you that there is no way I’ll spend over $300 for a tent, but with the amount of time we spend sleeping in a tent each year, I now say it’s worth every penny.
